- Render legal counseling regarding the clients' ordinary business operation;
- Provide relevant law and local policy information as required;
- Draft, review and modify the clients' legal contracts and documents;
- Issue legal opinions or lawyer's letter concerning relevant legal matters;
- Help with the clients' incorporation or alteration registrations etc with government authorities;
- Review or translation of the ordinary business documents as required;
- Help with the clients' handling of its economic or labor disputes at the pre-litigation or pre-arbitration stage;
- Render specialized legal service for clients' projects such as major business negotiation and execution of major economic contracts or enterprise merger and acquisition;
- Render legal service for due diligence work regarding clients' important projects; and
- Represent clients in the legal proceedings of arbitration or litigation cases.
