- Provide relevant China law and policy information for our foreign clients outside China;
- Drafting and reviewing of the international trade contracts or documents;
- On behalf of our foreign clients, keep in touch with the relevant Chinese suppliers by email, phone calls,fax and inspection etc. in order to supervise their proper performance of the international trade contracts signed with our clients;
- At the authorization of our foreign clients, conduct credit investigation about Chinese suppliers;
- Deal with the international trade dispute settlement with relevant Chinese enterprises at the stage of pre-litigation or pre-arbitration;
- Representation for our clients in the lawsuit proceedings in China.
